Scallions (green onions)
Latrovalis pitted olives
Low-fat cream cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

First combine the ingredients for the dressing. Mix 2 spoons of cream cheese with the feta cheese cut in small cubes. Add a little Olive oil and fresh oregano.
Then, put together the salad. Break the rusks in a bowl. Chop and add the tomatoes and scallions. Add the creamy dressing, some olives and some fresh oregano. Sprinkle with oli- ve oil and season with a little salt and freshly-ground pepper.
