What you need

2 slices of bread
Extra virgin olive oil
5 or 6 thin cucumber slices
1 slice of Greek Feta cheese
2 thin tomato slices
2 thin onion slices
Latrovalis Kalamon olives in halves
Fresh oregano
Freshly ground pepper

How to cook

Lightly drizzle some olive oil on the bread slices. Sprinkle a few fresh oregano leaves. Add the cucumber, the Feta cheese, the tomato slices, the onion slices and the olives. Lightly drizzle with some more olive oil and cover with the second slice of bread.
